Anastasia Komar

Anastasia Komar is a Russian-born artist, one half of the collaborative duo Komar and Melamid (with Vitaly Melamid). The pair became known for their conceptual and politically engaged artwork that critiques totalitarianism and explores issues of identity, power, and representation. Their work spans painting, installation, and performance art.
