Ignasi Aballí

Aballí is a conceptual artist working with painting, photography, and found materials to create minimal works that investigate perception, time, and the processes of looking and collecting. His projects include dust paintings, lists, and methodical accumulations of newspaper clippings, held at MACBA and the Reina Sofía. He creates subtle, process-based works that question the boundaries between presence and absence.
